The apartment-style units offer students an individual bedroom, in either a two bedroom (full size bed) one bath or four bedroom (extra long twin) two bath unit. For residents that need full year housing we offer a full year contract, that are housed Laurel Village buildings 1 and 2.

Chaparral Village is UTSA’s largest residential facility offering three different housing options. Located on the north side of campus and adjacent to the Roadrunner Café, the apartment-style units offer students a 2-bedroom, 4-bedroom, 4-bedroom double option. Each suite has a fully-furnished living room and kitchenette.
